Information Minister Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that all available resources are being utilized to provide basic facilities to the people at their doorsteps.
Addressing a public meeting after inaugurating a sui gas project in a village in Sialkot‚ she said the government is making all out efforts to resolve the problems being confronted by the rural population on priority basis. The Minister said PPP leadership has invited major political parties for dialogues for steering the country out of crises.
Later talking to newsmen the Information Minister said there is no shortage of wheat in the country. She said over one trillion rupees are being spent on people's welfare projects through members of the National Assembly in their constituencies.
