The larger bench of the apex court‚ headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry‚ will also hear an application of Barrister Akram Sheikh‚ seeking from the court to direct the commission to record the statement of main chracter of the issue Mansoor Ijaz in London who has declined to come Pakistan.
