The sessions of provincial assemblies will also be held this week for the approval of no confidence motions against the President.
A joint meeting of parliamentary leaders of coalition partners in Balochistan government was held in Quetta to decide about convening of provincial assembly session and adopting a resolution to ask the president to get vote of confidence from the assembly. Balochistan chief minister Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani chaired the meeting. Talking to journalists after the meeting he said that all PML-Q MPAs, except one have decided to support the resolution which would be tabled for demanding of President Pervez Musharraf to seek vote of confidence from the provincial assembly. The chief minister said the summary for convening the provincial assembly session is being sent to the provincial governor today.
