Heavy rain and flash floods have wreaked havoc in Veitnam killing 78 people.

40 more people are still issing. The rains and floods triggered by tropical storm Kammuri has derailed a train in northern part of the country.
The mountainous province of Lao Cai, bordering china, is the worst hit area with 31 people killed by landslides and flash floods. In Yen Bai province, 120 passengers were rescued out of a train's derailed compartment and more than 1,000 other passengers moved to safer areas when a flash flood swamped the train carrying tourists. Heavy damage to crops was reported in Tuyen Quang province. More flash floods and landslides are expected on Sunday.
