Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira has categorically stated that there can be no movement on trade until the outstanding conflict like Siachen, Sir Creek, Water and the core issue of Kashmir are resolved with India.
In an interview he said Kashmir is the core issue and needed resolution. He said that it is not simply a matter for resolution bilaterally but also keeping in mind the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
