The Balochistan Assembly has passed a resolution unanimously, demanding President Pervez Musharraf to obtain vote of confidence from his electoral college or resign.
All fifty-six members present in the house voted in favor of the resolution. Seven members abstained. The resolution says if the president fails to seek vote of confidence, the parliament will be asked to impeach him under article-47 of the constitution.
