The additional session judge south in Karachi heard the case regarding torture and a bid to cut tongue of PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari in central jail Karachi in 1999.
Police presented a report in the court in which it said that action could not be taken against the accused and implementation on un-bale able arrest warrant could not be made because accused involved in this case are proclaimed offenders. The additional session judge while keeping in-tact the un-bail able arrest warrant, directed the police to present the accused in the court on the next hearing.
The case was adjourned till the 28th of this month.
