The Supreme Court has directed that four fugitive police personnel who were present during the mob lynching of two brothers in Sialkot be arrested and produced before the court.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, hearing Suo Moto Case, directed to publish retired justice Kazim Malik's report in the press. The report confirms that no case was registered against the two brothers Mughees and Munib, which proves that they were not robbers or murderers.
